Photographs tell the truth faster than any estimate. We document every job we run in Tampa because the work has to answer two questions: did the water actually come out, and was the structure put back the way it’s supposed to be. Below are the kinds of transformations our crews handle week after week across Hillsborough and Pinellas counties. Each one started as an emergency call to (850) 367-1316 and ended with a written scope, a dry building, and a photo file formatted for the insurance adjuster.

Recent Transformations
Kitchen Supply Line Break in South Tampa
Before
AfterA braided stainless supply line let go under a South Tampa kitchen sink while the homeowner was at work. By the time they got home, water had run through the cabinetry, across the tile, and into the drywall cavity behind the base cabinets. We pulled the toe kicks, cut the wet drywall at the flood line, and set up a contained drying zone with a Dri-Eaz dehumidifier and Phoenix air movers. The result was a kitchen returned to pre-loss condition in nine days, with every moisture reading logged for the claim.
Attic Fire in Seminole Heights
Before
AfterAn electrical fault in an older Seminole Heights attic put soot across the entire upper floor before the fire department knocked it down. The fire itself was contained, but the smoke traveled. We set containment on the stairwell, removed charred insulation, and cleaned every surface with the right chemistry for protein-based soot. The after photos show a repainted ceiling and a rebuilt attic access with no remaining odor, which is the harder part of any fire job.
Mold Remediation in a Westchase Bathroom
Before
AfterA Westchase homeowner called about a musty smell that turned out to be Stachybotrys growing behind a guest bathroom vanity. The source was a slow drain leak that had been hidden by the cabinet for months. We set negative air containment, removed the affected drywall and insulation, and scrubbed the framing with an antimicrobial before drying the cavity to IICRC standards. The after photo shows new drywall, new paint, and a third-party clearance test the homeowner could hand to their adjuster without a phone call.
Slab Leak Under a New Tampa Living Room

Slab construction is common in New Tampa, and when a copper line under the living room slab started leaking, the water wicked up through the engineered hardwood and into the baseboards before anyone noticed. We removed the affected flooring, drilled and dried the slab with an Injectidry system that pulls moisture from below the surface, and monitored the psychrometrics until the numbers held for 48 hours straight. The after photo is a new floor with the same stain and finish as the original, and a dry slab underneath it.
Storm Water Migration in a Carrollwood Garage

Florida storms move water sideways, and a Carrollwood garage took on several inches during an afternoon downpour that overwhelmed the driveway drainage. The homeowner’s first concern was the wallboard, but the bigger issue was what the moisture was doing to everything stored at floor level. We extracted standing water with a truck-mounted unit, pulled the wet drywall, and ran B-Air movers with a desiccant dehumidifier until the studs hit dry standard. The after photo shows a re-rocked garage with a sealed floor and the stored contents sorted for the claim before anything was thrown away.
